PT Sessions
Personal training is a great way to get tailored support with your fitness. It offers accountability, guidance that’s specific to you, and the chance to focus on your technique in a way that isn’t always possible in a group setting. PT can be useful for anyone, whether you have a specific goal or not. Whether you're recovering from an injury, improving in a particular sport, building confidence in the gym or just working towards feeling stronger and moving better, PT can offer expert guidance and help get you started.
If you’re not sure what you want to work on yet, that’s completely fine. In a taster session, a trainer can take you through some simple exercises, look at any areas of weakness or imbalance, and help you understand what to work on. This creates a good foundation of strength, balance and mobility that supports everyday life as well as future training. A taster session is just £15 for 30 minutes.

You can choose to train alone or with a friend. Some people find it more motivating to train with a friend. The cost shared between you will also be lower as pair sessions cost one and a half times a single session. Another way to make your sessions a little cheaper is to by buying training blocks. We offer blocks of 5, 10 or 20.
We also offer online training via Everfit; and for those that prefer the social aspect of a small friendly group of like-minded people, consider coming to one of our group sessions, your first session is on us!

Online PT and Nutrition
Training through Everfit is a great option if you’re looking for something flexible, motivating and budget-friendly. It’s cheaper than traditional personal training, and it works especially well for people who are already fairly self-motivated but still want expert guidance and a structured plan.
With Everfit, you get a fully tailored programme written specifically for you by your PT, but with the freedom to train whenever it suits your schedule. You can move sessions around during the week, train at any time of day, and make the programme work around your lifestyle. You’ll also stay accountable by ticking off completed workouts, rating exercises and logging exactly what you did. Your PT can then use this information, along with any comments you save, to continually adapt your programme as you progress.

Everfit can also include full nutrition support. You can choose a nutrition-only option, or combine it with training. You’ll start by completing our nutrition questionnaire, after which you’ll receive personalised meal suggestions with recipes. You can record what you eat, track your macros and monitor your progress over time, all in one place.
It’s still a good idea to start with at least one in-person taster session, so your PT can learn more about how you move and tailor your plan more accurately. You can also combine Everfit with traditional personal training if you prefer: for example, having a face-to-face session once a fortnight or once a month, then completing your additional workouts at home or in the gym via the app.

Group Sessions
Why not come and try one of our group sessions? We teach in small friendly groups and all exercises are completely adaptable to ability and minor injury.
We currently offer six group sessions a week with James and Paul. Exercises within sessions and session types will change every 4 - 8 weeks as people progress.
Your first session with us is free!

Strength Session
This is a full body strength class focused on building strength, improving movement quality and supporting long-term progress. The exercises are adaptable for all ability levels and the session's exercises are changed every 4 weeks or so.
Mobility Session
Mobility training improves how your joints move and function, helping you to train with better technique by allowing you to access strength through full ranges of motion. It also helps to reduce injury risk and allows you to move more freely in day-to-day life.

Track Session

This session is delivered by Sevenoaks Athletics Club on Sevenoaks School's track. There will be a different interval run each week (repeats of high effort shorter distances with recovery periods in between). If you wish to join SAC, the first two sessions are free and then it's £50 for the year which includes runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as entry to events and races throughout the year.
Trail Run
Our trail run is likely to start by the 'hole in the wall' entrance to Knole Park or possibly by the Church in Chevening. In recent weeks, due to mud and the lack of light, it has been an 8km route around Otford instead. If you would like to join us, be sure to book or get in touch in good time so we can let you know about this week's plan. All abilities welcome, we'll make sure no one's running alone! Bikes are also welcome in Knole or Otford if you fancy it!

Contact us if you have any questions, and in the meantime have a look at some previous group sessions in our gallery.
