
Hi, I'm Molly! With 8 years in the fitness industry, I'm a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor dedicated to help people build confidence, strength and long-lasting healthy habits. ​​

My coaching style is supportive, educational and focused on proper form, mindset and movement that feels good.

I've worked with a wide variety of clients, including people managing chronic illnesses, mental health challenges, lower back pain, as well as those training for a physical challenge such as Tough Mudder, mountain climbing, or more recently, joining the army! My aim is always to meet you where you are and help you progress safely.
I'm currently working towards my Health Practitioner (Exercise Referral) qualification to further support clients with long-term conditions and medical considerations. I offer 1:1 coaching, personalised programmes and Pilates sessions to help you feel stronger, more mobile and more at home in your body.
