
I’ve been in the fitness industry for 14 years now, and personal training for the last 12. Over that time, I’ve gained a lot of experience working with a wide range of ages and abilities, as well as supporting clients through injury rehabilitation.

I follow a technique-first mindset with my coaching, which I believe has helped many of my clients who started at a “gym beginner” level progress into confident, capable gym users.
I specialise in free weight resistance training, where we first build a strong foundation of core strength that carries over into day-to-day life.
I’m big on setting clear targets and working towards realistic, meaningful goals, whether that’s building strength, improving confidence with exercise technique, or getting back to full fitness after time away.
